Our Story
How Our100 began and where we're heading.
Our100 was founded with the recognition that many Singaporeans were feeling disconnected—from their neighbors, their dreams, and their potential. Despite living in a prosperous society, isolation and a sense of unfulfilled aspirations were becoming increasingly common challenges.
We started with our flagship “Dream On” initiative, helping people reconnect with their aspirations and take practical steps toward achieving them. This evolved into comprehensive community programs like “Our Life Together” and “SG Befrienders,” creating meaningful connections between neighbors and building supportive networks across Singapore.
Today, Our100 operates both community-building projects and empowerment training programs, from financial literacy to AI integration. Our core belief remains unchanged: when people feel connected, skilled, and inspired, they naturally become catalysts for positive change in their communities and beyond.
